工作目的

本项目成立的目的在于紧跟世界上优秀的、最新的法学思想动态，通过检索、翻译加汇总优秀英文期刊论文的方式，形成一个类似文献综述的成果。

本次作为外文期刊检索项目的第三期成果展示，以数据与网络法为主题，汇总了年包括TheYaleLawJournal,WashingtonJournalofLaw,TechnologyArts,ColumbiaLawReview,InternationalReviewofIntellectualPropertyandCompetitionLaw,VagelisPapakonstantinouandPauldeHert,CornellLawReview六种英文期刊在内的八篇文章。
